To schedule a visit, please call (480)949-7808 at the Osborn office or (480)767-7337 at the Shea office. A map showing both our office locations is available here.If possible, we ask that new patients have all pertinent records, films and reports either mailed, faxed to (480)946-9001 Osborn/ (480)767-1181 Shea or hand carried prior to the initial visit. At that visit a detailed history will be obtained from the patient with special attention given to the nature, duration and severity of any symptoms. A physical examination will usually follow and a recommendation for further management will then be made. This may include a discussion of the specific treatment plan, the goal of treatment, the likelihood of successful outcome, the type and duration of treatment and any potential side effects. Friends and family members are encouraged to accompany the patient and ask whatever questions they like.
